1. Service
LaunchSKU prepares Amazon US sweater listing drafts and editable XLSM files using your own store template and confirmed product facts. Customer launch memberships use uploaded product photographs and do not include AI image generation. Existing image tools are separate from these memberships.
2. Separate image-task credits
Each paid image task displays a credit cost before generation. Credits are charged only after a result is completed; an unsuccessful request does not use credits. Credits pay for processing and do not guarantee that an output is accurate, commercially usable, or accepted by a marketplace.
3. Separate image-product billing
Prices are shown in US dollars. Creem processes checkout. One-time packs grant the stated credits after confirmed payment, and monthly products grant the stated credits after a confirmed subscription payment. Subscription cancellation, refund, dispute, and payment timing follow the applicable checkout terms; refunds and disputes may place related credits or access under review.
3a. Customer launch memberships
Go costs USD 4.90 per month for 10 product families and 200 Child SKUs; Plus costs USD 9.90 for 30 and 600; Pro costs USD 29.90 for 150 and 3,000. Applicable taxes are shown by checkout. Memberships renew automatically each month until canceled through the Billing management portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid capacity remains available until the current period ends. Unused capacity does not roll over.
A successful product export uses one product family and its exported Child rows. Failed generation releases reserved capacity. Downloading an existing workbook again does not consume capacity. Each paid period has independent limits. The free trial lasts seven days with three product families and 60 Child SKUs, once per workspace, without a card.
Launch memberships support one Amazon US Women's SWEATER store using the customer's own adapted XLSM template. Customers must confirm their actual product facts, template rights and applicable GTIN exemption. Image generation, manual review and Seller Central submission are not included. No Amazon acceptance, availability or sales are guaranteed.
For failed delivery or incorrect charges, contact support@launchsku.com with the order and task IDs. Refund and dispute requests are reviewed individually; this does not limit rights under applicable law or payment-provider terms. No automatic refund, negative balance or account suspension is performed. Download needed results while your account remains available; any change to file availability or retention will be disclosed before it takes effect.
4. Uploaded material and permission
You must own or have permission to use uploaded images, trademarks, supplier material, product data, and prompts. Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content, or to create misleading product representations.
5. Prohibited content and acceptable use
LaunchSKU must not be used to request, create, transform, promote, or distribute pornography, sexually explicit material, erotic nudity, NSFW content, sexual services, sexual exploitation, or any sexual content involving minors. Face swaps, deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, identity deception, harassment, hateful or violent abuse, illegal goods, fraud, counterfeit products, and intellectual-property infringement are also prohibited. Every user-supplied image-generation prompt is screened before it reaches an image model. A denied or flagged prompt is blocked. If safety screening is unavailable or returns an unknown result, generation is also blocked and no credits are used.
6. AI output and human review
AI may alter garment structure, texture, color, people, text, or scene details. You must compare outputs with the real product and review intellectual property, advertising claims, and platform rules. LaunchSKU does not warrant factual accuracy, visual fidelity, non-infringement, or marketplace acceptance.
7. Accounts, security, and fair use
Do not bypass sign-in, safety screening, credit, usage-limit, or file-access controls. We may restrict automated abuse, suspicious payment activity, or attempts to access another workspace. Keep access to your Google account secure.
8. Amazon independence
LaunchSKU is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. An internal “ready” state does not mean Seller Central has accepted a file or that a product is live. Sellers remain responsible for final upload, policy, tax, safety, and compliance decisions.
9. Availability and changes
The service may be changed, rate-limited, or interrupted as models, providers, marketplace rules, and early-stage product constraints change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, rankings, sales, account health, or business income.
10. Data and termination
You retain rights in your business data and lawful uploaded material. Download outputs you need before ending use. Workspace owners may export data and request deletion, subject to payment, dispute, security, and legal retention requirements.
